Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays). Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
- Primary: United States, Canada
- International: European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand
Shipping Times & Costs
- United States & Canada: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
- Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
- Free shipping: Orders over $100 USD/CAD (US/CA only).
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for:
- Unused, unwashed, undamaged items
- Original packaging intact (tags, boxes, seals)
- Beauty products unused/unopened (hygiene policy)
How to Return
- Email support@cynetteliving.com with your order number and return reason.
- We’ll approve your request and send a return label (if eligible).
- Ship the item back; we inspect it within 2–3 business days.
- Refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Opened/used beauty products (hygiene reasons)
- Final sale items
- Personalized/custom products
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size/color, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged/Defective Items
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
