Thank you for shopping with Cynette Living. We want you to love every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are included
- Beauty tools/accessories are unopened and unused (hygiene policy)
- Loungewear/apparel is unworn, unwashed, no stains or damage
2. Non‑Returnable Items
- Opened/used beauty products (hygiene reasons)
- Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” at checkout)
- Personalized or custom‑made items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, accidents, or improper care
3. How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at support@cynetteliving.com with:
- Your order number
- Item name/quantity
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged/defective)
- We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days and send a return authorization + shipping label (if eligible).
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop off at the carrier location.
- We inspect your return within 2–3 business days after delivery to our warehouse.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Payment processors (PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, banks) may take additional time to reflect funds in your account.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (we cover shipping in these cases).
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size/color:
- Return the original item for a refund.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including return shipping).
