1. Agreement Overview
By accessing the Cynette Living website (http://cynetteliving.com) and placing orders, you agree to these full Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our store or purchase products.
2. Business & Fulfillment Model
Cynette Living is a Canadian registered e-commerce brand operating a dropship model. We do not hold inventory in Canada. All goods ship directly from third-party manufacturers located in China to your international delivery address. We act only as an online retail intermediary between you and overseas suppliers.
3. Product & Pricing Information
We strive to maintain accurate photos, descriptions and pricing; minor colour variations due to screen display differences are not considered defective goods. All listed prices are in USD, excluding shipping fees and import duties. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors without fulfilling incorrectly priced orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery Liability
All delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, global logistics or supplier stock shortages are outside our control. Cynette Living shall not compensate customers for late delivery unless the item is permanently lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery. Customers are fully responsible for all local import taxes, VAT and customs clearance fees upon receipt of international packages.
5. Payment Rules
All payments must be fully completed before supplier dispatch. Wise bank transfer orders without matching order reference may be delayed or cancelled after 24 hours of unpaid status. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders for fraud protection without prior notice.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns are only permitted for items arriving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by our supplier. Standard customer remorse returns are not accepted due to high international return shipping costs. All damage claims must include clear photographic evidence submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Partial or full refunds are issued after supplier review approval only.
7. Intellectual Property
All website text, product photos, brand logos and graphic designs are copyrighted property of Cynette Living. Unauthorized copying, resale or commercial reuse of our media without written permission is prohibited.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use our site for fraudulent orders, spam, harmful scripts or any activity violating Canadian or your local country laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cynette Living and its parent legal entity CYNETTE INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays or website downtime. Total maximum liability for any order issue is capped at the full amount you paid for that order.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under Alberta Canadian jurisdiction.
11. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Revised versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued website use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders take 1–3 business days to be sent to our China suppliers for dispatch (excluding weekends and global holidays). You receive tracking via email once shipped.

- Free shipping for all orders $50+ USD
- Transit: 10–20 business days US, CA, UK, EU
- Express Expedited Shipping (Paid Upgrade)

3. Customs & Import Charges
All international shipments are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import VAT, duties and customs administration fees are charged by your local government upon delivery and are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We do not cover or pre-pay customs fees.
4. Tracking & Lost Packages
Tracking numbers are active once the parcel departs China. If tracking shows lost shipment after 30 days of no movement, we coordinate a reshipment or partial refund per supplier rules.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We ship worldwide excluding sanctioned countries per international trade regulations.

- Wrong size, colour or product variant shipped by supplier error
- Product arrives with manufacturing defects

- Delayed delivery without permanent loss
- Minor cosmetic variations from screen photo differences
- Opened skincare tools, loungewear sets for hygiene reasons

- Resolution options: complimentary reshipment or partial/full store credit/refund
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds process back to your original payment method within 5–10 business banking days, subject to payment provider processing delays.

- Where do you ship products from?

- Do I pay customs fees?

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
- Will I receive tracking?
Yes, tracking number sent to your email once supplier dispatches your order. Tracking updates may slow once the package clears China customs.

- My Wise transfer payment is pending, what to do?
Complete transfer within 24 hours and add your order number as reference. Send transfer screenshot to support@cynetteliving.com for manual order confirmation.
- Can I modify or cancel my order?
Order edits/cancellations only accepted within 12 hours of purchase before supplier processing begins. After processing, orders cannot be stopped.
- Do you restock out-of-stock items?
All variants held at 100 unit stock levels; restocks arrive weekly from manufacturers.
Returns & Damaged Goods
- Can I return unwanted items?
Returns are only approved for defective, damaged or wrong items received. Unwanted cosmetic/ loungewear goods cannot be returned due to international shipping costs.
- How to file a damage claim?
Send clear photos of damaged product + packaging within 7 days of delivery to our support email for resolution.

All our clear acrylic vanity storage is scratch-resistant and BPA safe for daily cosmetic use.
