How to Check Your Shipment Status

We operate full one-piece dropshipping service, all goods are directly shipped from our overseas warehouse straight to your door with full delivery service included. There are two simple ways to track your parcel.

Method 1: One-Click Link in Order Email

Right after you finish payment, we will send an order confirmation email to your checkout mailbox. Once goods are dispatched, a separate shipping notification email with tracking link will be sent to you automatically.

Click the link to view full order details: purchased items, payment record, processing stage, unique tracking number and real-time transit updates.

Method 2: Manual Order Lookup

If you missed the email or cannot locate the tracking link, prepare your order number and the email you used at checkout, contact our support team to retrieve your tracking information quickly.

Explanation of Order Status

  1. Payment Pending

    If you selected Wise bank transfer, please complete the transfer within 24 hours and attach your order number as reference. Send the payment screenshot to support@cynetteliving.com, we will confirm and arrange shipment immediately after verification.
  2. Processing (1–3 working days)

    Your order has been forwarded to our supplier warehouse for packing. No tracking number will be generated during this stage.
  3. Shipped

    Your package has left the warehouse. The tracking number and courier information will be sent to your email within 24 hours.
  4. In Transit

    Your parcel is on international transit. It is normal to see paused tracking updates during customs clearance and cross-border transportation, this does not mean your package is stuck.
  5. Out For Delivery / Delivered

    Local courier is delivering the parcel to your residential doorstep. If the status shows delivered but you have not received the item, kindly check with your local courier station first.

Why Tracking Stops Updating Temporarily

All products are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse via one-piece dropshipping to your address. Tracking data often suspends when passing customs, international air transport and regional sorting centers.

Please wait 5–7 natural days before reaching out for assistance if no new scan records appear.

Support for Lost or Stalled Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 30 calendar days, send these details to our support mailbox:
  • Full order number
  • Your full name
  • Screenshot of tracking page

    We will coordinate with our dropshipping supplier to arrange free reshipment or full refund in accordance with our return policy.

  1. Our one-piece dropshipping service covers full door-to-door delivery, all shipping costs are settled during checkout.

  3. Orders paid via Wise transfer will only be dispatched after we verify your completed payment slip.
  4. We do not store inventory in Canada; all products are fulfilled through direct overseas dropshipping.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders take 1–3 business days to be sent to our China suppliers for dispatch (excluding weekends and global holidays). You receive tracking via email once shipped.

3. Customs & Import Charges

All international shipments are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import VAT, duties and customs administration fees are charged by your local government upon delivery and are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We do not cover or pre-pay customs fees.

4. Tracking & Lost Packages

Tracking numbers are active once the parcel departs China. If tracking shows lost shipment after 30 days of no movement, we coordinate a reshipment or partial refund per supplier rules.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We ship worldwide excluding sanctioned countries per international trade regulations.

Eligible Cases for Returns/Refunds

Only these scenarios qualify for support resolution:
  1. Item arrives broken, scratched or damaged during transit
  2. Wrong size, colour or product variant shipped by supplier error
  3. Product arrives with manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable Situations

  1. Customer changes mind, dislikes colour/style
  2. Delayed delivery without permanent loss
  3. Minor cosmetic variations from screen photo differences
  4. Opened skincare tools, loungewear sets for hygiene reasons

Claim Process

  1. Email support@cynetteliving.com within 7 calendar days of delivery
  2. Attach clear photos of product damage, packaging and shipping label
  3. Our team reviews with supplier within 3 business days
  4. Resolution options: complimentary reshipment or partial/full store credit/refund

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds process back to your original payment method within 5–10 business banking days, subject to payment provider processing delays.

  1. Where do you ship products from?

  3. Do I pay customs fees?

  5. Will I receive tracking?

    Yes, tracking number sent to your email once supplier dispatches your order. Tracking updates may slow once the package clears China customs.

  2. My Wise transfer payment is pending, what to do?

    Complete transfer within 24 hours and add your order number as reference. Send transfer screenshot to support@cynetteliving.com for manual order confirmation.
  3. Can I modify or cancel my order?

    Order edits/cancellations only accepted within 12 hours of purchase before supplier processing begins. After processing, orders cannot be stopped.
  4. Do you restock out-of-stock items?

    All variants held at 100 unit stock levels; restocks arrive weekly from manufacturers.

Returns & Damaged Goods

  1. Can I return unwanted items?

    Returns are only approved for defective, damaged or wrong items received. Unwanted cosmetic/ loungewear goods cannot be returned due to international shipping costs.
  2. How to file a damage claim?

    Send clear photos of damaged product + packaging within 7 days of delivery to our support email for resolution.

  1. Are acrylic organizers scratch resistant and BPA free?

    All our clear acrylic vanity storage is scratch-resistant and BPA safe for daily cosmetic use.
